Fix it step by step

  1. Switch off at the socket and unplug the machine.
  2. Remove any cloth caught between the door and the body.
  3. Do not overload the drum.
  4. Close the door properly. On top load models, do not open the door during a cycle.
  5. Front load: wipe the door gasket with a dry cloth after every wash.
  6. Plug the machine back in and press START/PAUSE.
